We only had our child in for a month while I recovered from surgery, but it was wonderful! They are all so wonderful to work with and are very accommodating.  My child has so much fun over there and it is such a great experience for him! I definitely recommend FriendZ to anyone needing childcare. I just truly appreciate the care and love they put into their job and how personable each teacher is, as well as their child to teacher ratio. We had a good experience with this place! They are a good balance of play and structure. We appreciated that our daughter could have time to be outside when the weather was nice to just run around with other kids in a safe environment and just have fun. We enrolled our child at Friendz when we moved from Germany to the USA, and we felt very welcome from the very beginning. From day one, our child loved going there, even though she is usually very shy. No matter what questions or concerns we had, we were always helped right away. We love FriendZ Childcare! They've been wonderful to work with, they truly love the children the care for, and they communicate extremely well! I love getting updates throughout the day. Friendz is 10/10! Out of the 3 daycares we have sent our girls too it’s the best ! They work with my baby’s dairy allergy, their communication and flexibility is top notch. They are always willing to work with me on adding extra days so I can pick up a shift here and there. My girls always come home telling me how much fun they had. We have loved taking our little guy to Friendz! As a first time mom, I was nervous at first - naturally. But my hesitations and worries were put quickly at ease when meeting the Shettells and all of the incredible teachers. It is so apparent how much they care about each child there and I have no doubt that my baby is being cared for with great attention and responsibility. We also celebrate his growth and milestones together :) The level of communication between staff and parents is amazing - I can simply check my phone throughout the day and know exactly when he naps, eats, diaper changes, etc. It was really important to me to find a childcare facility that felt comfortable and “homey” and Friendz was a perfect match! I love Friendz Childcare! The staff are loving and attentive and I know when I leave my daughter in their care she will be in a safe and caring environment. My daughter was shy at first but has really opened up with the other children and I appreciate getting picture notifications throughout the day so I can see the fun she’s having. The staff members ensure the kids have plenty of activities and I’m grateful they plan healthy and nutritious meals and snacks, one less thing for this busy mom to have to plan and pack to send! Friendz daycare is amazing! I can see that all the staff love my son and take such good care of him. They use an app that keeps me updated on him the whole time he is there. I love having my child at FriendZ, the teachers are all amazing and you can really tell they genuinely care about the kids there and even the owners know the kids and parents and are fantastic at communicating with parents. You know you’ve enrolled your kiddo in a good childcare when they ask if they can go see their friends and teachers on the weekend! That’s been the case for us. We have been enrolled in Friendz for 3 years now and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. We are updated throughout the day on the Brightwheel app about the kids activities and needs and the teachers are very knowledgable and accommodating for specific needs of each child there. They do fun crafts and have dance parties and we’ve never had any issues. I know how scary it can be to have someone else watch your children, but the teachers and staff here truly are remarkable! Friendz daycare is the absolute best! I love how much the providers and teachers care for me and my kiddo. It’s hard enough having to drop my kiddo off, however, knowing that she is being taken care of the way I would makes things much easier. It feels like we are one big family and I appreciate that. We have loved bringing our kids to Friendz. The daycare workers are so kind, patient, and loving towards all the kids. The facility is very clean and organized and is not overcrowded. Truthfully, I am very particular about childcare, but Friendz has exceeded all expectations I had! I have had my daughter in their care since she was 18 months old (she is now 3 years old) and she asks to go to daycare on days she isn’t scheduled to go… she loves it! They are very personal about the child’s care, offer lots of outdoor play and truly have taken care of my little girl like I would take care of her. She loves her friends and teachers there. I have been impressed at the in-depth knowledge of the teachers in stages of children’s development and how they are able to discipline according to age/how the child receives it. I’ve also been especially impressed with the activities they use to keep the kids busy, while keeping screen time as a minimum. They use an amazing app and give us frequent updates throughout the day of what the kids are doing, eating, bathroom needs they have. They also inform us of behavioral incidents involving our child and other to keep us in the loop and our child safe. I work as a nurse and often have a fluctuating schedule and they are very accommodating and helpful when I need to add a day or switch my schedule.
